The Bell Laboratories building in Holmdel, New Jersey was originally built in 1962 and expanded in subsequent years to just under 2 million square feet. The building is comprised of four tenant cores linked by a common atrium space and perimeter and interior walkways.

Vacant since 2007, the building is now undergoing renovations to transform the property into a business and technology hub. Services provided include:

– New Jersey P4P Utility Incentive Application

– Design Assistance energy modeling for tenant HVAC systems, skylight glazing, and window film

Work completed under contract with EAG.
