Encompass Energy provides energy analysis services in support of the New Jersey Pay for Performance Existing Buildings (NJ P4P EB) program. This program supports energy efficiency upgrades for existing buildings through incentive payments. Incentives are determined based on building area and performance of pre and post retrofit energy consumption determined through calibrated energy analysis. To date, Encompass Energy has completed calibrated energy analysis for 20+ projects comprising nearly 5 million square feet of existing multifamily and commercial building space. Incentives average $1.30/ft2 and annual utility cost savings average $0.53/ft2.
